Amidst other numerous skills, our quality negotiation is one of our many strengths. Since its inception, Bliss Assurance Agency has successfully facilitated major transactions and closed several deals in the real estate and oil & gas industry.

In the oil and gas industry, we have access to several tank farms in choice locations across the Niger Delta. We were key facilitators in the sale and acquisition of tank farms owned by Coastal Consult Ltd at Awaritse Industrial Park, and led negotiations in the sale of Gonzena Hydrocarbon & Energy Limited's tank farm.

In the real estate industry, we have successfully sold a wide range of properties — from company yards and event halls to housing units and landed properties across the Niger Delta.
