Agency has successfully facilitated major transactions and
closed several deals in the real estate and oil & gas industry
In the oil and gas industry, we have access to several tank
farms in choice locations across Niger Delta. We were key
facilitators in the sales and acquision of tank farms owned by
Coastal Consult Ltd, at Awaritse Industrial Park. We also had
negotiation proceedings in the sale of Gonzena Hydrocarbon &
Energy Limited's tank farm.
In the real estate industry, we have successfully sold several
different properties ranging from company yards, and event halls
to housing units and landed properties within Niger Delta.
